RENTAL: 150.00 per night / 2night minimum
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $150.00
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $75.00
TAXES: 6.75% Sales Tax and 6% Occupancy Tax

CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION
Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge. Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit). If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.
CHECK IN TIMEINFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.
Restrictions: No Smoking Inside
Pets Permitted: $100 non-refundable fee
ANYONE UNDER 21 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
Maximum Number of Guests: 6
AMENITIES: All pots, pans and linens are included. Gas BBQ & Firepit.
All Garbage must be removed from premises upon departure or additional fees will be added!
