              RENTAL COSTS AND OTHER FEES

RENTAL: $198.00 ~ Per night ~ 2 night minimum
               $198.00 ~ Per night

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $198.00 for 2 nights

CLEANING DEPOSIT: $75.00 (we refund any unused fee)

TAXES: 6.75% Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax

                     PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard

   CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel 30 days or more in advance there is no charge. Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).

CHECK IN TIME INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm-5:00pm daily.
Call office to make arrangements for check in after 5pm.

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00am

AMENITIES: Community playground, outdoor lighting, BBQ - Gated Comm. Need Clicker.

REMARKS: Beautiful New Cabin with wrap around deck, back porch. Great accessibility, short range mountain views. Private gated community.
