Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge.  Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).  If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

REMARKS:  Beautiful Cozy Cottage located off the Blue Ridge Parkway; nestled within lovely mature pines and oak trees. Enjoy a wonderful mountain vacation, relax on the spacious front porch, read a good book or just enjoy an old fashion rocker or porch swing. Let your stress melt off as you sit around the back yard fire ring, roasting marshmellows, hearing the fire crackel and enjoy the evening sky. Cottage sleeps 4 adults plus 2 extra person on added air mattress if needed. Does not have satelite tv, has digital receiver with 7 basic channels and DVD player. No BBQ Grill, No Phone, Gas Fireplace. Common Access to lake within subdivision.
