RENTAL COSTS AND OTHER FEES

RENTAL: $125.00 per night/2night minimum
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $125.00
CLEANING DEPOSIT: $75.00 (any unused monies will be refunded back to you)
TAXES:  6.75% Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax

PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard

 CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge.  Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).  If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

Master bedroom has King bed with Air-Controlled Mattress
2nd bedroom has Queen bed with Air-Controlled Mattress
Living room has sleeper sofa
BATHS: 2

AMENITIES:  Living room has stereo and LCD TV with satellite and DVD player.  Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster oven.  Large washer and dryer.  Gas grill on deck.  All pots, pans and linens are included.
REMARKS:  Experience life in the clouds!  Relax on the deck and gaze into forever from this cabin with a 60 mile view and an elevation of 3600ft.  Darling country cabin is located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.  The living room and kitchen have beautiful hardwood floors.  Snuggle up and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace stove.  Count the stars and dream sweet dreams....in the clouds.
