RENTAL COSTS AND OTHER FEES
RENTAL: $175.00 per night/2night minimum
HOLIDAYS: Thanksgiving—a week minimum rental at $175 per night
Christmas—a week minimum rental at $175 per night
New Years—a 4 night minimum at $175 per night
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $175.00 for anything less than 4 nights
$350 for anything 4 nights and longer
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: $75.00
(any unused monies will be refunded back to you)
PET FEE: $50.00 per pet
TAXES: 6.75% Sales Tax and 6% Occupancy Tax
PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard
CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN & OUT INFORMATION
Cancellation policy: Canceling within 30 days of arrival you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit). If you cancel before the 30 days prior their will be no late fee charged. I
CHECK IN TIME INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday Thru Friday. If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday Thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

REMARKS: Enjoy great views from this delightful mountain home located in a gated mountain community. Wrap-around porches/decks. 2 large mastersuites plus 2 add'l bedrooms. Den plus family room. Gorgeous rock fireplace & vaulted ceilings in the greatroom. Full club membership included. Common access to New River (steep hill & steps going down to river ~ May need to drive down to river instead of walking)
