 CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

Cancellation policy: If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival date, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $50.  There is a 2 night minimum charge..

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, you will be required to arrange for any balance owed prior to arrival.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

AMENITIES:  Living area has TV/Stereo (with surround sound) and DVD/CD player.  TV has broadcast aerial and receives all local stations.  Lower level bedroom has a TV with VCR.  Kitchen is equipped with electric range,  microwave, refrigerator,  dishwasher, coffee maker,  & double toaster.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as in the living area and along the porch.  Stack washer/ dryer and  phone.  A propane gas grill is available.  All pots, pans & linens are included.    Will need 4-wheel drive if weather is bad.
