 CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge.  Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).  If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

AMENITIES:  Living Room has TV/Stereo (with surround sound) and DVD/CD player.  TV has broadcast aerial and receives all local stations.  Lower level bedroom has a TV with VCR.  Kitchen has microwave, stove, 2 coffee makers, dishwasher & double toaster.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as in the living room and along the porch.  Also at house is washer, dryer and a phone.  A propane gas grill is available.  All pots, pans & linens are included.    Will need 4-wheel drive if weather if bad.

REMARKS:  Oh My! A DREAM COME TRUE!  Wake up to spectacular views from this new custom built log home perched at the top of the mountain.  Large, open living area has a rock fireplace with gas logs.  Main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.  Upstairs has a den with futon, Master bedroom and master bath.  There is a drive in garage in the lower level.  House is situated at top of mountain on over 60 acres—lots of opportunity for walks and nature viewing.
