RENTAL: $100.00 per night/2night minimum

CLEANING DEPOSIT: $75.00 (any unused monies will be refunded back to you)
TAXES:  6.75% Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax

 CANCELLATION POLICY & CHECK IN AND OUT INFORMATION

Cancellation policy: Canceling 30 days or more in advance and there is no charge.  Cancel less than 30 days and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee (will be deducted from your security deposit).  If you get here and decide to leave earlier than the 2 night minimum you will be required to pay for the 2 nights rent and taxes on those 2 nights.

CHECK IN TIME  INFORMATION: Check in times are from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.  If you will be arriving on Saturday; Sunday or anytime after 5:00pm Monday thru Friday you will have to pay the balance of the rental before arriving.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am.

AMENITIES:  Living area has gas log fireplace, TV with cable and VCR, stereo.  Kitchen has microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster.  There is no washer and dryer.  All pots, pans and linens are included.
REMARKS:  Sit on the deck and watch Little River go by and listen to the soothing sounds of the river only 200 feet away or take a walk along the river and enjoy the gazebo, the swings along the river o dangle your feet in the cool waters.  Read a book fromt he Serenity library, watch one of the many videos or enjoy the remote-control gass log fireplace.  A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill invite you to fix your own meals, or you can enjoy one of our several restaurants for a taste of our local mountain fare only 2 miles away from downtown Sparta.  Wild turkeys and deer are abundant and great fun to watch!  Stocked and native brown and rainbow trout thrive in the cool waters.

The king-size bed beckons you to sleep the best night's sleep you've had when you open the windows and let the river sounds put you to sleep.  10 acres of secluded forested land invite you to walk and explorethe peacefulnes and serenity of this fantastic spot.  It turly is Serenity Plus a whole lot more!
